Tanaka takes a Liner to his head

This wasn't a scene anyone wanted to see at Yankee Stadium. Tanaka was alert and sent to a hospital after being hit in the head by a line drive off the bat of New York slugger during live batting practice Saturday, a frightening scene moments into the team’s first official summer camp workout.

There's a video on Twitter where it has full audio. It's from the announcers booth I think, so fairly high behind home plate, and the thud when Tanaka gets hit is very cringey. Glad he's ok.

In response to this line drive, people are going to protest and demand that these new baseballs be used:
