2019 topps heritage parallel question

Is this card a parallel? I can't figure out what it is. As you see it is way different from the base version. Could be a printing error.

Looks like a chrome /999 or refractor /570 version to me

Silver Foil, think the estimated print run was 70.

Looks like the Silver Metal version. The Silver Metal are unnumbered and unmarked but they look similar to the chrome refractor in appearance only. They are not chrome and feel like a thin paper verison.

Yes, the Heritage name on their sell sheet is Silver Metal
