Jordan gold refractor What’s with the serial #ing

Were some issues as a damage replacement with this serial numbering or is this just a straight counterfeit fraud?

Serial numbering looks fine to me; what looks off about it to you?

Incidentally though this seller does have a backdoored Jordan rave listed...

to me, considering the amount of high quality stuff he has listed, i'd like to think the numbering is fine and maybe he thinks the rave is legit.

he does have a 97 UD jordan allstar GU jersey card which is pretty ridic

That is funny I have had a few of the silver and gold refractors and they had the
Serial number listed above the “of 289” or the “of 1090”. I thought that was how the majority of them were. Thanks for the education

I'd be careful of that refractor. I have the same card for Kobe and the numbering reads: 273 OF 289. That MJ he has is a "/"instead of an "of". There aren't many of those cards listed but the few that I found were all of the "X OF Y" variety.

Although, my version is card number 323 which is a "Creators" card, not a "Masters" card like the Jordan. I wonder if they went to "/" for those?!
