Not likely.

Crypto got everything they could out of the early seasons and Topps bled it dry as well.

I don't see any of the current players ponying up the money for a well used license.

I guess there might be life in the current seasons, but not much that hasn't been done and there aren't any huge autos to add to the mix.

Honestly surprised there aren’t more sets. Of course, I collect Star Wars and Topps has been dropping new sets every few days it seems...

IMHO, the fan base is a little bit different between SW and TWD. Many more women enjoy TWD than do SW. There isn't the geeky fanboyism into TWD either. SW will continue with cards sets for years to come and sell out every time because of it.

I really enjoyed the Autograph Collection set even though it was very difficult to put a set together with so many sp.

I wish Cryptozoic or Rittenhouse had the license to do a set that covers all the seasons or something.

My favorite is the Season 4 set from Cryptozoic.

It was. Topps dropped the license. Topps or another company would need to negotiate a new license in order for another set to be produced. There is no evidence that such an event is occurring or planned, but it could happen.
