What if Topps does you dirty?

Contact them via Twitter or another of their social media pages with your issue. Another member had luck sending it back with signature confirmation, so possibly try that route as well.

Ok I might be jumping the gun. I got an email yesterday that they shipped my 2018 Topps Devers on card 83 anniversary Auto. Devers on Card is booking $50-150. I looked at the redemption list today and it’s not on the list. Only Devers that are shipping are Topps Fire sticker autos.

If I get a sticker Auto booking for 10-$30 on Beckett. I’m going to flip my lid.

I would wait and see what you get first, they may not have updated the list is all. It sounds like Devers is fulfilling them, so I hope it is good news when you get your Topps package this week.

Topps uses Beckett to assess value, so OP is correct to argue on a BV-basis here.

I personally use CCP (Current Card Prices) for my price guide. Anyone else use that? Could be called CPU (Card Price Update) also. The only problem is, they crashed the value of my 85 Donruss when their order was cut...

So far, what few times I have had to go this course, the BBB (Better Business Bureau) has helped me 100%. In each case, Topps reached out to me after I contacted them. Each time, I was satisfied with what I finally got. Go to bbb.org if you do end up with an issue Topps won't resolve.

Matter of fact my garage is filled with free things from company that don't want to deal with the hassle and just give me things to shut me up.

I'll be giving away some fishing pole soon.

When it comes to redemptions, Panini really is a million times better.

There are a ton of threads here about Topps screwing people on redemption replacements, heck I probably made a handful myself. Nothing you can do. I've tried all methods of complaining.

Best thing to do is just stop buying products with redemptions as some said. If you pull one, get rid of it fast.
