Dealer Question - Filing Taxes

Does anybody know which website and form you need to use to file taxes?

Also does anybody know which form you use to close out an account?

After about an hour of getting passed around on the phone I finally got my taxes filed, paid and account closed.

Try these Numbers if you need to do the same

1-800-282-1780 (it is wrong number but they will pass you to right people)

1-888-405-4039 (it is correct number but I never got through to a person and the phone disconnects after a couple minutes)

Did u apply for the Cleveland license? But I too am having hard time with forms

Yes, the National says all dealers must apply for a license and they report all dealers are reported to the State. I don't know how serious the State takes it but I apply every year to avoid any potential problems.

The Cleveland forms SUCK but try the numbers in my earlier thread. Also the website with the correct form the file, pay and close your account is gateway.ohio.gov
