In my pretty basic keeper league...we just keep 5...no restrictions or anything attached to it. Just keep 5 guys

i won the league 2x in row now...anchored by elite pitching and solid hitting...made some trades and got in early on KB and Correa

anyways

its CBS PTS league...I have Scherzer and Bumgarner who are both no doubt 2 of my 5...last year they had 699 and 615...and were actually 1/2 overall in the league....Betts was #1 hitter at 613 which was a huge year for hitter in our league...500 is considered elite hitting...few pitchers get 600 each year...and next tier 550 or so...Trout was about 560 for reference and Kluber last year was just ahead of him and was 7th among SP(8 if you count kershaw who in only like 21 starts had 540...he was prob gonna score about 800+ in our league...)


so my team is relatively stacked....and the way our draft works is based on last year the order goes by 1st team out of playoffs(to get guys to not give up) followed by the league champ at 2...to reward actually winning...then it alternates...so order is 6,1,7,2,8,3,9,4,10,5

so i have 2nd pick in draft as well...

Bumgarner

they are in

K.Bryant
J.Donaldson

they are also in...just made trade of votto/degrom for donaldson a week ago...

leaving me only 1 spot...

Arrieta
Edwin
Cano

basically i can probably get 2 of those guys unless someone else doesnt keep a monster....but what way would you guys go?

feel like i will prob get burned either way to a degree....leaning towards keeping Correa with 5th spot...then idk with my first pick...proven stud like cano or take show that Sanchez is a 40hr beast at Catcher...

also still trying to pry Trout from the guy who has him...offered him Arrieta/Edwin/Cano for Trout...he was close but rejected...might still try to give him a bunch which would get me trout and also make my choice much easier...haha
