Default Help: Panini Customer Service

In April 2019 I submitted a redemption for a 2018-19 Panini Status Kobe Bryant Auto Legendary Signature card. During this time I also had a couple open tickets for other redemptions. In October 2019 I called Panini America and requested for an even exchange for one of the open tickets. During this exchange they accidently closed both tickets (the Kobe and the other redemption). I immediately called them back and was able to mitigate the issue, this includes notes in their ticketing system.

Fast forward to 2020, I have been in contact (email and phone) with a customer service representative, who have been telling me that my name is on the “list” and there is nothing to worry about. Now its 2021 and I haven’t heard anything yet. I’ve emailed the representative and cs@paniniamerica.net multiple times within the past year and have gotten any response. What can I do?

unfortunately nothing - you aren't the only one, and they have been MIA for the most part going on for a year now.

Yep, nothing you can do but hope and wait. Between Kobe and Giannis redemptions, I have well over 20k in secondary value that I'm waiting for. I've emailed/called/left responses on the tickets and have received nothing. I even emailed one of their customer service reps (Emily I think her name is -- email has been posted on here a few times) 2 months ago with multiple follow up emails and no response.

They're a POS company and their customer service is a front just to say they have a customer service department.

Worst customer service ever. Should hire more employees with all the money they are making

I sent in a redemption for an Earl Campbell Contenders Golden Ticket, waited for a couple of years... tried contacting them to no avail. Then they redid their system and voila, that redemption and a couple others just magically vanished and apparently I'm S.O.L. Feel for anyone trying to deal with these crooks. the C.S. for them does not stand for Customer Service. Crap Shoot maybe or Chicken Sh*t.

Been trying to reach them since September, and have all but given up on ever seeing my card.

Starting to feel like we are all a bunch of rowers in the bowels of some dank, sinking Panini ship, chained to our cards that they still have. Pleading with every row to be set free.

Same thing happened to me but someone on here mentioned if you use the same email for Panini Direct app, log in there, click the 3 lines in the upper left, under Customer Support you will see Check Ticket Status, click that and you should find your missing redemptions. It worked for me at least. I also emailed Emily about trading the 3 I had for a white box. She replied in a week and i was made whole a week later. Good luck man.

Nice! Yeah I sent back a Zion Prizm variation and a Ja base that were both severely miscut and scuffed up from a hanger box. That was December of 2019. Nothing yet on those.

nothing here either. almost 2 years for a simple Reggie Miller card! What a bunch of crooks! No phone answer, no email answer, so chat. Horrible!

I have started a personal "make myself feel better and annoy them, if they even happen to look at my email" campaign where I am going to keep following up on my original email, every day, until I get a response.

Just an update. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

Honestly, not sure she responds any more. I’ve emailed and followed up about once a month since January and crickets.

Panini is just a freaking joke. I cant stand em. Have 2 Giannis /25 NT autos sitting there for awhile. Have called and emailed every single week for months. Not a peep.

You can treat customers like piss and do things like this when you have a monopoly.

I'm going to wait one month and then take it to Small Claims Court.

https://www.dallascounty.org/governm...mallclaims.php

When Can I File a Small Claims Case?
You can only file your claim for a certain amount of time after
the incident occurs. This is called the statute of limitations. In a
breach of contract case, the time period is four years, unless the
contract gives a different time period. In most other cases, the
time period is two years.
If you file a case where the statute of limitations has run out, you
will lose the case. If you are unsure if the statute of limitations
has run out in your case, you may wish to consult an attorney.
