eBay accepted an offer without my permission

Has anyone else had this happen?

I had an item on eBay up for $300 BINBO.

I got a notice that it sold, but when I looked at the price, it was only for $195. I looked further and it looks like I sent out an offer for $195 and the buyer accepted it. But I never issued that offer.

I called eBay and according to them, the buyer sent me an offer of $195 and I accepted it. But I never got a message saying this particular buyer sent me an offer and I definitely didn't accept it.

Very weird situation. eBay said to just cancel/refund but I told them I was more concerned that a buyer could send an offer to a seller and automatically have it be accepted.
