Default Just Had the Worst Shipping Experience

Bought a lower grade copy of Batman #181 - first Poison Ivy (hoping maybe I could press it and get a 4.0 or there abouts) that had the pin up and it just arrived in a bubble mailer with no bag or board but rather stuffed or placed if you prefer into a quart or gallon zip loc bag. Beyond belief.

I've seen that a lot from books bought at Auction. It's how auction houses lot the comics. It's more for isolation and identification, not necessarily for protection. Your seller is obviously someone who buys at auction to flip online and doesn't know anything about proper shipping/storage.

Whether it's a $5 book or $500, not packing it securely is no excuse. Sorry Pete about the mishap.

This was the auction I won. He had 100% feedback when I won it and since got hit with a negative.

It's hard to tell how much if any damage was done in transit because it's not like I was buying a high grade book.
