UD Black - Delayed Again

Looks like instead of coming out next week, it got pushed out to May 12. Maybe UD is "still" trying to fix their quality control issues

I don't know why we are surprised anymore. Is this the second time that UD has pushed the release date back on this product?

me thinks second or third time it's been pushed back. at this rate, i wonder if exquisite will be pushed out to 2010

With them loosing their licence I can see this being the biggest reason for the delays....to eliminate any redemptions. I'm not sure the legal stuff is on this, but I would assume starting in 2010, they can't send out redemptions?

So that means after 2010 the back door there will be left wide open for anyone to run in and grab stuff

This release is due to the QA problems they've had with other products lately. Including (not definitely not limited to) Ultimate Football and Premier Basketball. They're inspecting the product fully before it goes out now.

They could easily have a class action lawsuit brought against them for the Premier & Football incident. I know one of the guys who did not get any auto's from 2 of his premier boxes received a lebron auto dwight howard auto and a few other misc game used. I think they're covering up so they don't get sued.

There were problems with that too? What I'm referring to in ultimate football is that there were boxes without any packs inside.. several of them... there was a few at some of my LCS's. I saw it on the net first, then asked around and the same problem was occurring here locally.

Well at least Ultimate actually had the Tiger Woods auto cards inserted...go ahead, ask me how I know!

I only saw that one video where a guy got an empty box, I had no idea it was widespread. The Premier basketball on the other hand was 100% shady.

UD SUCKS!

Premier was pushed back so many months and when it came out it was the worst!!!!

I dont expect UD black to be any different, after all UD is pumping their products so that they can sell as much of the crap before end of year when panini takes over.
