Annual PSA/DNA Bulk Submission Autograph Encapsulation, Grading, Flat Authentication

No card grading/authentication can be done in this submission – autograph authentication only. With the dual service authentication PSA offers, that means licensed cards will be labeled as a trading card in the flips.

As many of you are aware, PSA is no longer slabbing custom cards. What I’ve been told is that each authenticator has the discretion on slabbing the item. If it is obvious the card was made to mimic a real card, odds are it will not get slabbed. If it is a custom card that does not look like a licensed card, there is a SLIM chance (but not a guarantee) that it’ll be slabbed. You are free to submit the items, and if PSA doesn’t slab them because they are custom, you’ll receive a refund of the charges.

There will be two kinds of submissions – a submission to authenticate and encapsulate your item, and another submission to authenticate your flat items up to 8.5” x 11” (meaning you get a PSA/DNA sticker with serial number. Matching cards no longer exist).

Multi-signed items have a $5 upcharge from the normal fees above. When looking up the normal price for a multi signed item, make sure to select the appropriate amount of signatures next to the primary signature on PSA’s website.

As an example, a Mickey Mantle and Joe Dimaggio 8x10 Photo that you'd like encapsulated with autograph grades would run $115 in this sub (Regular price would run you $160)

Last Year's Sub

ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN CARD SAVERS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEM I CAN PROVIDE THEM FOR $.25 CARD SAVER I AND $.50 CARD SAVER IV A PIECE. FLATS BEING SUBMITTED FOR AUTHENTICATION ONLY WILL NEED A TOPLOADER (INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHS. PSA NO LONGER ACCEPTS A DOCUMENT SLEEVE OR THREE-RING BINDER...IT HAS TO BE A RIGID TOPLOADER. THESE CAN BE PROVIDED FOR $2 EACH, IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEM.

Please feel free to sign up and PM me when you are ready to send items in. I will be sending items to PSA as I get them in quantities of 600. So the sooner you get your items to me, the sooner you should receive them back. The deadline to get items to me is August 31, 2025.

When sending an Online Payment to the host, protect yourself by sending as goods (not gift). If a payment is sent as a "gift", you eliminate your chance of filing a claim or chargeback should the need arise. If possible, fund the payment with a credit card to be fully protected.
