Default If you’re a dealer or know one, what is the general criteria for buying?

I imagine it varies a lot. In your case, what are the most important factors in whether to buy to sell? I imagine some of these come into play, and depends on the seller:

1. Sport and type of card (rookie, base/insert, patch, auto)
2. Specific players (and tiers)
3. Marked/asking price and margin expectations
4. Upside. Also, long term investment vs short term investment.

If I feel that I can purchase at price where I can resell and, after all fees, still make money, I'm a buyer.
