Convention Autograph Mule Thread

Since people are frequently looking for someone to help them get an auto at a convention I thought maybe we could use one thread. If you are looking to get a specific auto, you can just post who you are looking for, or if you know a specific convention that person is at you can post that as well. If you are someone who is going to a convention and don't mind helping someone out, you could post what convention you are going to, how many people you can help, and what sort of compensation you'd be looking for, for your services.

So posts would look like:
I am looking for an (actor) auto.
I am looking for an (actor) auto at (convention).
I am going to (convention) and can help (#) people. I will take ($) per auto.

Then maybe some people can pair up easier to get things done. If no one cares, let the thread die. Lol.

This is a great Idea only trouble is I live in UK I'm ok with doing that sort of thing makes it cheaper than buying from Ebay. if your open to Worldwide sounds good to me.

I'm on board. I don't make it to many conventions (because Denver isn't a hot spot for them), but when I do, I'm happy to help and there are definitely conventions in other places that have people that interest me. I know I won't ever meet all the people I'd like to, but I'd rather have someone get me the autograph in-person than not have a collection at all.

I pretty much will make it to most Star Wars Conventions and usually do the VIP pass so I have plenty of express autograph opportunities.... will be a few years for the next one!

I do every con in Indiana. Wiz world Indy, horror hound, days of the dead Indy, summit city comic con and normally 1 or 2 in Chicago. If anyone needs something from any of these cons hit me up. I normallyknow the prices they charge and I would only ask that plus whatever it costs to ship back to u.

Horrorhound indy coming up fast if anyone would like something.

Jenna Coleman auto (Doctor Who). Also attending Dallas Comic Con.
Hayley Atwell Auto (Agent Carter).
Mads Mikkelsen Auto (Hannibal).

One more I'm looking for is Chloe Bennet who I believe will be at the Long Beach CC. Pretty sure she's at others. I'll be attending Rose City C.C. to hopefully get a few S.H.I.E.L.D. autos so would like to add Chloe to my collection.

Just a word of caution, Collect some money up front when getting stuff signed for other people. Its amazing what people will order as to what they can pay for.

Yea, id assume most people would want the money before hand, especially since they maY not be able to cover it themselves. Tho when making any deal, you have to use a bit of caution. Ive had a successful transaction with someone on here, and another one in progress. Id probably stick with people wth good card trading feedback.

I personally have used it to get custom cards signed, hence why i didnt just buy off ebay, but you can also gaurentee authenticity this way. Ebay makes me nervous, even with psa/dna. There are good forgers out there I'm sure.

^^^yeah, i collect money first. and yeah, i agree with the authenticity issues too. I have collected 99% of my own signed collectibles myself or ttm. i only get from cons, ttm or card set autos. psa/dna means very little to me. With how lazy most celebrity signatures r thesedays nearly anyone could forge their auto and get it to pass psa/dna.

I'm going to Walker Stalker Con in Atlanta on November 1st. I'm just going for 1 day though so I'll probably only be able to get a couple of extra autographs. The lines for the more popular guests were pretty crazy last year. If anyone needs anything I'd be happy to help. I plan on attending the Dallas Comic Con in Oct. Just be aware that Jenna Coleman was scheduled to attend in Dallas in May and cancelled a week or 2 prior to the show.

At this point, I plan on trying to get her auto so if I do, I wouldn't mind helping out. I just ask that I receive full payment and your item you want autographed in hand 1 week prior to the show. And let's hope they announce her auto fee before the show.

Also, they've never limited autos per person that I have seen but that doesn't necessarily mean that will change.

Thats what I said! Very rarely see her at cons other than SDCC. Shes only ever been to. I think, 1 vampire diaries convention.

If The Doctor isn't appearing also, it will probably be quite cheap. I couldn't belive the price differences for Rose and Pond (whoever they are) when they appeared in Philly with their doctors verses what I've heard they charge at other individual appearances.

Wish Coleman would come around here. The girlfriend loves her.

That SuperMegafest looks pretty cool. If you are willing, I may want some autographs from there depending on pricing. I wish the ones around me were as good.

I guess it depends on what you're calling cheap. Gillan and Piper were in Dallas in May, and they were charging $60 each if I recall correctly.

As of right now, I'm considering a Karate Kid triple shot. If I can find a decent pic of Zabka, Macchio and Kove.
