2024 Upper Deck AEW Checklist

No Mercedes, but Copeland and Ospreay are in it with autos. The BCC triple with Moxley, Danielson, and Claudio is cool, as is Darby Allin/Sting.

Of course anyone even sniffing a midcard spot is a "SP" auto, on the bright side non-auto wise there are a lot more lower parallels as they added the hockey format with "outbursts". Retail looks to also be slightly improved as instea of Green Pyro /399 there is now Pink Pyro /79. I don't think it's enough to save blasters from clearance like usual but way better than before. I always like comic-style cards so the "Heroes and Heroines" insert is also pretty cool to me.

It's wild that this is dropping before 23 on epack considering there are SO MANY 1/1s left in 23...so folks will be hunting two years worth of cards simultaneously, UD is weird lol

Man and I still havent bought a '23 box yet. Was hoping it'd drop as low as 22 and 21 did but it hasnt yet.

Yeah I am counting the days for a 2023 Upper Deck E pack because I have a ton of Dazzlers and Canvas that I need and I assume once the E packs come out the prices will start crashing on COMC

I was gonna grab the two boxes I preordered from my LCS but their shipment didn't come in today. They got everything else in but AEW. Hopefully tomorrow!

I always put together a base set from boxes and then finish the master once stuff hits ePack/COMC

Someone has a Mariah May base auto up for $750. Good luck with that. I mean it's her first AEW auto so the first few might get $200 maybe. She'll have more autos in other sets as they come out. Looks like I'll have to sit back and wait to pick up one of her autos.

He countered me at $150 but I declined. If you look at the checklist on Beckett, her auto isn't listed as a SP so I bet there will be quite a bit of her autos coming out (granted that all depends on how much gets opened now or when it hits ePack) so that $150 will go lower later on.

Did anyone who ripped hit any numbered Outbursts? Those are pretty big in hockey so ust wondered if anyone who didn't get an auto got any good numbered cards? Or even a big name silver outburst...as that would be considered similar hit level to UD.

For the auto seekers, don't forget UD posted teasers of on-card autos for an unknown set (possibly Skybox but they've always been sticker) on Instagram awhile back. While Allure/Black Diamond are both sticker you may have on-card Mariah, price will likely drop a lot then if you do still want sticker.

I'm surprised this doesn't have Young Guns, seems a no brainer, AEW also has young talent so it would make sense unlike the 30 year old Young Guns in UD Golf lol

Seems like this thread could use a bump with 2024 Aew hitting e-pack. Anybody opening this? It feels a little weird going after 2024 AEW just a few months after 2023 AEW hit e-pack. I’m still trying to wrap up some of my sets for 2023 and don’t love going after both at the same time. Plus it doesn’t seem like much 2023 got opened, so I doubt having 2024 available will help with my quest to finish up my 2023 sets. Anyways would love to hear what everyone is up to with this set. I’ll probably be after the canvas, and exclusives sets. Maybe dynamite and regular outburst just depending on availability and price.

I'm gonna try to keep up with both 2023 & 2024 on epack but it's gonna be hard as hell lol I think I've also given up on achievements since trying to get them for two separate products simultaneously is impossible. So I'll just complete my insert sets on comc it appears

I went ahead and got a box from ePack. I got a /5 card which on paper is great, but less great when its of a group that no longer exists.
