Default Best one touch holders?

I have only bought Ultra Pro in the past, but I have seen quite a few different ones on Amazon for about 1/2 the price. What are ya’lls experience/opinions regarding other brands?

I appreciate the information, thank you.

They will all work, but you get what you pay for....it's Ultra Pro for me.

I’ve lost too many cards to one-touch scratches. Make sure to use one that allows for a penny sleeve.

I also only use Pro-mold sleeve one-touches.

You can buy them direct here: https://www.promolddirect.com/tradin...e-3rd-gen.html

They still have their previous generations as well.

I hade been using Ultra-Pro also, but I got some of the Pro-Mold “third generation” that have the sleeve. They have a small plastic tab at the top by the magnet that kind of annoys me, but they’re fine.

Also, the Ultra Pro are “frosted” around the card, which I kind of like. But if others have had scratches in them, that’s a deal breaker.

For these do you mostly use the 55/75s? 30pt + sleeve seems like it might be snug? Genuinely curious. Always looking to learn more about how to store, present and enjoy things.

One touches don’t scratch cards unless the size is too small.

Ultra pro is still the best.

No sleeve necessary with appropriate size.

Standard sleeves for the 30pt fits well for most paper cards.

I use the 55 and up for chrome and thicker cards.

I prefer the sleeved one touches more for the edges than the surface. I just can't stand my card edges rubbing up against the sides of the holder (even graded slabs). Having the card in a penny sleeve prevents any contact with the edges of the card.

I'll give these a try sometime. Otherwise I use ultra pro magnetics and top loaders and BCW for sleeves.

I accidentally bought 5-6 vintage UltraPro one-touches. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they allow the card to be sleeved with no pinching.

The only drawback is that is is a little bit bigger, but they look good IMO.

Yeah, I tried the sleeved ones before and they are a bit bulkier. I’m also OCD about the fit of the sleeve in the top loader, it never feels perfectly centered in there. And the additional pressure due to the thickness of the sleeve bothers me a bit. Also, the sleeve makes the card more opaque in appearance, your chrome doesn’t quite shine as brightly.

I use Ultra Pro for anything larger than 55pt. For standard size and 55pt I use the Pro Mold ones that fit the inner sleeve. I think I am ready to switch brands on top loaders though. Ultra Pro quality just doesn't seem the same as it used to be. They are often slightly warped and they always have a ton of plastic debris inside them. Can someone recommend what top loaders they use that they like better than Ultra Pro? Factors that are important to me, super clear, little to no debris, and not flimsy or warped.

Anyone know where to get black bordered one touches in something other than 35pt and 180pt?

I've been using pro mold up to 75pt that fit a penny sleeve. Work great and look great.

Did you ever decide on a top loader?
