This is about the only way you can get Leaf to NOT use sticker autos.

Card design does look nice, although I'm afraid they'll be out-of-control shiny like everything else they do now.

Maybe it's just me but promoting the product as including "Marilyn Monroe worn undergarments" seems wrong somehow.

The sell sheet is frustratingly vague. Are the 15 base cards per box the entire base set? Are the pearl and diamond cards parallels or actual physical pearls and diamonds owned/worn by Marilyn Monroe?

Blowout is preselling boxes at $360.00 which is probably a good deal if you get a cut signature. Signed checks and documents of hers sell for thousands.

If you got 1 auto per case, then I could see paying this price, but feeling like autos will fall 1 in 4 or 5 cases.

Oops! All Hairs!

Congrats on the pulls, everyone. I look forward to your competing Marilyn clones.

Dang it, I was going to make a cloning joke.

Personally, I'd much rather have a cut auto than a strand of hair.

I too would prefer a cut auto, but there are probably more strands of hair thant cut autos.

Cards are beautiful and collectible for starters. Why do you ask? I know you hate Leaf.

I'm just curious. So you feel there is good value in it?

I like reading what you say, even if we don't always agree. When you say something is amazing I genuinely want to know why you feel so strongly.

There was great value at the initial price point. Now? It's ok, good even, but not great as the sealed is up a lot.

There are many base cards per box, they are beautiful and all the different colors and parallels to collect... the colors, designs, and parallels fit this release in my opinion better than pop century.

And then the subject matter of arguably the most iconic Hollywood legend ever with the cut autos excitement, the wardrobe swatches, and the actual hair cards. Only the pearl and diamond cards are a miss for me.

Strand of hair value.

It's not a home run but still something very cool IMHO.

That's like comparing a document signed by a celebrity to a 1 of 1 autograph of the same celebrity on a trading card. Apples and oranges. The MM collection hair cards are going for double this one.
