Old BGS case for Pokemon?

Hey all,

Just wanted to see if the community could help me out with some info for old bgs cases. Just purchased this Charizard on ebay but I now realize the back of the case looks different than the normal BGS font and subs. I'm still waiting on ebay authentication, but any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

What are you wanting to know? That’s an early BGS slab.

Just want to know if it’s legit. I Haven’t seen that font/size and letter spacing like that even in the older slabs.

Ok, so show examples of older slabs (in that serial number range) that don't look like that.

This looks funky like yours. Likely just a printer error. It's semi normal when generating bar codes.
