Go down to 2nd street, go around to the side of the building, knock 3 times on the side door with the small sliding window, when the guy opens the window say “ the sparrow flies with two wings down”. Once inside, find Jimmy and tell him the golden goose lays silver eggs. He'll show you to the back room where the game is.

No. Nobody knows that.

But...there are definitely backgammon tournaments. Pretty sure the same six guys trade money back and forth.
