Question re 2023 Topps Chrome Platinum 459

I do not normally collect modern but decided to get the 2023 Topps Chrome Platinum because of the 1954 style it had. I got a set but am missing 459 - was this one not printed with the set? Thanks.

There were two cards numbered 105, Logan Allen and Jon Gray.

Do people think that this was simply a mis-numbering issue, or that a player was removed from the checklist at the last moment?
