Trying to decide between a case of blasters - 2024 Donruss or 2024 Mosaic?
Any insight is helpful. Only ripped 2 donruss blasters and thought it was okay. Mosaic doesn't seem to have much hype but a set I have always loved personally. Which one would you rather rip? |

Personally I like Donruss because it's a legacy set and the Rated Rookie logo does it for me. I know a lot of other folks enjoy Mosaic. But you aren't spending your money on what I like, you're spending it on what you like. If Donruss was meh and you love Mosaic, buy Mosaic.

Donruss is just so classic and the base do better than Mosaic base. Was hoping to find someone who maybe has ripped a lot of both sets and can provide some insight as to which is a better bang for your buck. Mosaic is $100 more expensive at least for a case. |

I love Mosaic too but on a case-level I'm picking Donruss for Downtowns. They may not be one per blaster-case but I *assume* they are less rare than the big Mosaic case-hit Micro Mosaic given listings, unless way more Donruss is just ripped. Donruss also has WAY more cards per blaster unless things have changed, so given I never presume I'm gonna get good silvers or color or numbered, I'd pick Donruss because when a base Penix is $3 for example for both the Mosaic and Donruss, the value is more in Donruss as you should have a ton more Rated Rookies than Mosaic rookies based on volume.
