Will PSA slab this 1945 Calendar Card?

I’ve been sending some cards to COMC and then slabbing through there. COMC wouldn’t even process this card so I have to send back home.

I’m wondering if this is something that PSA would even slab if I tried to sub it myself? Also, is there collector interest for these types of “cards”… likely the type of thing that was printed with different backs to promote different businesses back in the day.

Unlikely that PSA would slab anything without a specific checklist.
