The option is don’t buy. eBay thinks people NEED these items. They don’t. Too many other cards out there to buy instead of having something like this forced down your throat.

Patch and autograph cards are excluded.
Also if card is damaged in transit file a claim against seller?
Language does not specify if that’s me mailing to facility or eBay
Mailing card to new customer?
So to end around this situation?
Can’t we just put a piece of paper outside of card holder when listing
And autograph the paper?

Unfortunately too many scammers and too many OCD collectors that return a high percentage of cards if it isn’t a “psa 10”.

Hopefully more people will set up at card shows.

this ought to be a boon to the card grading companies and auction houses. hard to understand why ebay isn't just policing those members that are creating the 'need' for this in the first place.
