This is just the cheaper Now products, but probably a sign a full set will come.

Yeah this won’t even be a “set”, it’ll be on-demand cards with shots at parallels/autos after someone has a big game or event.

Knowing Topps who knows but I don’t see this getting a full set release. It would be considerably worse than the current CHL/AHL products and those barely sell (my LCS stopped bringing it in after Bedard year lol). Yeah there’s some good players but if those can’t sell I don’t know what Topps thinks collegiate will do

Topps is looking to profit off Gavin McKenna moving from junior hockey to NCAA this year. I'm sure there will be a number of Topps NOW cards of him, but no autographs as I believe he has an exclusive deal with Upper Deck.

If it means getting some new Black Bears cards I'm all for it. Would be great to see college hockey get some love from those of us passionate about that side of the game.

This gives me UD Game Dated Moments vibes with better possibilities since GDN was usually just the Gold/Silver/Variation parallels. This thread shows all you need is a shiny new thing to gain people’s interest, no one cares about GDM, you don’t see posts for the AHL/CHL sets and most could care less about Panini “Draft” products yet here we are the most popular thread currently on on-demand collegiate cards lol I get it’s Mckenna but still not joining this rat race to try and make money before his real stuff is out, I’ll try my luck when he’s in an NHL jersey.

I'll likely try it out since I've had good luck on some of the Now stuff. The key is get it sold well before NHL licensed hits the market.

Print of just over 14k for the first card. Looks like card 2, McKenna again, is up now, game used stick from his first goal the chase.

First Bowman U Now of Cooper Flagg had a 32k+ print run for comparison.
