Topps Parallels & Autos - what is your order?

Lets say you are prospecting and your main focus is Topps/Topps Chrome. What would your order be as far as which parallels and/or autos would you pick up? What has the best ROI? Also assuming you are doing this on a modest budget.

A few things I have had to consider this offseason...(Which option to buy?)

4 Topps Gold or a Father's Day Blue
20 Topps Chrome RC's or a base Topps Chrome auto
Topps Black parallel or 3 Sapphire RC's
Gold Shimmer RC or a Mother's Day Pink

I know there are so many scenarios to consider, but any thoughts you have are appreciated

1. Topps Gold- long term appeal. Everyone likes this parallel and they are always sought after.
2. Depends on the player. Do they have a ton of rookie autos or just the Topps chrome. If buying online, the 20 Chrome get you better odds of a few gems.
3. Topps Black. Sapphire I think might do better price wise though. I just really like the Topps Black parallels.
4. Not a huge fan of either. I guess the Pink. Shimmers seem to have a bit of a discount compared to other parallels.
