Starters or rotation players who never get cards

Watching the Celtics tonight, I realized that starting center Daniel Theis rarely is included in base sets. He might not be a star, but he’s been a heavy minute vet for a few years now. You’d think he’d get the nod over guys like Denzel Valentine or Andre Freaking Roberson who has barely played a game in years. Are there any other players who you can think of that get no respect as NBA players in card sets?

Monte Morris has appeared in exactly one base set even though he has been a rotation player for years now. Theis is a great example though I can guarantee he will be in next years Hoops and Prizm at this point.

Matt Thomas, from the Raptors, is a local kid.

He had his first and only card in 2019 Panini Instant.

I actually snagged one when they first released for $15, and now they are going for $30-40

Only good thing about Complete a couple of years ago, they went deep into the roster.

So do I, I love going through my binders and go "what? this guy played for the wolves? no way".

The gold parallels were actually hard to pull, I still miss a bunch of them.
