Nope.

Urban is a recruiter. Urban is a CEO. Urban is a motivator

Urban is not a game day Coach

And he won’t like professionals being professionals.

He’s a control freak

I love the dude but he’s built for College

Still have no idea what your post originally meant. When did he quit before? Is he Vontae Davis?

But he is a control freak

I was exaggerating. He suddenly retire's every few years. With as big of a control freak he is, he will be out before he even starts.

Nvm? Idk

@ESPNdirocco
Jaguars owner Shad Khan said he had roster control in 2020 and will make sure GM coming in knows he will keep that control for now, at least.

I have no clue why anyone would even consider Urban as an NFL coach. The only thing he coached at Ohio State were special teams, and those were generally quite poor. I've said several times before, he's not a great X's and O's coach, and he HATES losing...which even the best do quite a bit at the NFL level.

If he can somehow turn Mike Glennon into a winning QB, then I am all for it.

I have cards to un-load

He has never held a job in the NFL and should be financially set for the rest of his life currently. I think he'll continue to enjoy his retirement.

He is only 56 yrs old and why not make more money when you can... Im sure he wants a NFL head coaching job b/c it pays so well.
