Dynasty League Draft Help Needed

Sorry for what's about to be a long read. If anyone is willing to take the time to help, it would be really appreciated.

I'm currently in a 12 team dynasty league. Each team is comprised of 42 players by the end of each year. Prior to the start of the season rosters need to be dropped to 30 and each team drafts 10 to get to 40. There's a mid season draft two months after the start of the season where we draft up to 42.

There is two methods of scoring;

Rotisserie to decide overall rankings

H2H categories to decide each division winner

Categories are as follows;

Pitching - W/L, QS, SV, HO, IP, K/BB, ERA
Hitting - GP, R, TB, RBI, Net SB, OPS, AVG

My team, based on my current keepers, looks like this;

I currently have an offer on the table where I would give up Brandon Lowe and in return I would receive the 9th overall pick in the beginning of the year draft.

As it currently stands I already have the 7th pick overall. So I would pair that with the 9 overall. I absolutely need a C, and I'm hoping Smith falls to me, but can't guarantee it. Regardless, with what else is out there, is it worth moving Lowe for the 9th overall pick?

If it was me, yeah I would... I see 9 guys there id rather have than brandon lowe. Schoop is an okay fill in.
