...I found this at a local comic store. They had a acquired a collection earlier Tuesday that had a large amount of early 2000s packs. When I started to look through them, I was floored. Paid about the price of one Optic Hobby box for:

Makes me remember how tough it was to pull the good rookies from most of the mid- higher end products. Back in the days of 1 or 2 ser#’d RCs per box for a lot of UD/ DLP products. Further complicating matters was how they(pujols/Ichiro/ prior)were SPd to a lower print run than the “other rookies” in a lot of products too. Kind of how there seem to be 25 Ty Buttery autos to every one Tatis or Vlad in recent TC releases I guess. 2001 was like 2018 for us old guys.

People aren't stupid these days. These are usually the leftover packs after the hits have already been pulled. It will be interesting to see what you pull and don't lie to us! For your sake though, I truly hope you pull a monster!

And we never failed to fail; it was the easiest thing to do.
