The entire idea behind "passing the torch" was that both the legend and the young gun actually held the torch (the signed card).

Stickers suck, but this is a f---ing travesty.

I usually find something I like about a set, but this is an all around disaster, and the price point is atrocious.

It’s totally legit. Marino is the torchbearer in Miami, and definitely hadn’t passed it to anyone yet. (Maybe Chad Pennington?)

I'm trying to think of a team that they cannot do this for, but it looks like every team there is 2-3 players they can create a card for.

Was thinking of Raven, but Flacco to Lamar is a sweet one.
