New Member From FL- Several Questions

Hey All,

I was cleaning out my old room at my parent's house a few months back and got to my collection of sports cards. It's been probably 15 years since I used to collect, but seeing them again took me back. Now, I have the itch to start buying again. I'm looking at getting back into collecting some Basketball and Football.

I definitely experienced some sticker shock when looking at the prices of some of the higher end products (when I collected regular old Upper Deck was the creme de la creme), but am looking to buy some boxes that will yield some good product. I'm definitely open to opinions and suggestions.

I appreciate any replies and look forward to hopefully talking and dealing with many of you in the future.

welcome to the boards and back to the hobby! where are u at in FL? i use to live there near the tampa bay area....as far as products go, if you are looking for mid-range type products for football Certified and Gridiron Gear are always good year in and year out and are always reasonably priced...for higher end exquisite and national treasures are generally top of the line....in basketball for mid-range Rookies&Stars is pretty good and I like the timeless treasures and limited....high end exquisite is always the most popular and I like SP same used
