How close/far is Nick Senzel to a call up?

I read something if Scooter isn't good to go by tomorrow, Senzel could very well get a call up.

He just banged up his shoulder a few days ago but came back and is playing. Just a matter of time now.

That's a shame. It was sad to see when Nick Esasky had to retire because of vertigo that started because of an ear infection. Anyone know of any other MLBers that this affects/has affected?

The golfer David Duval had to retire because of Vertigo.
