Damaged Panini card question

Hi all.

I am mainly a non-sports card collector/dealer.
Don't really open much sports related product.

I did get sucked into the Blowout Black Friday deals on a few sports titles though. Probably shouldn't as I got skunked in most of them and what I did get that was ok was almost always damaged.

From 2 boxes of 2016 Donruss Signature Series Football I got 2 point cards (one per box- both 250 points) which sucks as they are pretty much worthless and then my best card was damaged- Jared Goff #'ed to 50...



The left side where the jersey is inserted looks like it was torn when the card above it was placed in the pack.

The Panini website does not seem to have this product listed for damage card replacement as Donruss Signature Series cannot be selected from their drop down lists. When I try calling their customer service department, no one answers and when It goes to voice mail it just gives me a busy signal so there is no way to leave a message. I can't even get an operator to answer.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get in contact with someone over there?
Not having dealt with Panini in the past, I have no idea how to go about it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Panini Points cards are often better hits than some of the autos. Several people on here will buy them from you!!

It's probably not on there now because it's over a year since the product was released(by a few days). Cardboard connection has it being released 12-2-2016. I'd email dshoup@paniniamerica.net and tell him the situation. If you don't get an answer I would reach out to their Twitter handle( https://twitter.com/PaniniCSM) because you will generally get a response within a day and they will tell you who to contact or you could tell them you had already emailed David Shoup but hadn't heard back. They were able to replace a smudged auto for me that was a year and a half past the release date.

Having too much fun right now watching people go crazy over 2 inches of snow.
Here in Mooresville, everything shuts down at the threat of snow.
Kids are loving it though.
