Just made a trade for next years draft.

My league set the draft order by who got the most correct bets on a prop bet sheet, I came in 3rd. So I traded that #3 overall pick and an extra 6th round pick for the #1 pick overall.

I think it was a steal. I moved up to grab Le'Veon and I am not getting skipped in any rounds.

Do you think this was a good move?

Whomever agreed to that deal is just silly IMO. Even though they only moved back two spots they probably could have gotten a 4th in value for the trade IMO

Either way good for you if you feel Bell is that much better than David Johnson or Zeke Eliott, which you would have gotten one of at 3.

Personally I would have kept number 3 and taken best of the three mentioned players

We are a keeper league. but you are only allowed to keep players you draft. Last year Zeke and Johnson were drafted and kept all year on the same team. Bell was traded so he can't be kept. This is why I made this move.

This information changes everything. In that opinion I understand moving up from 3--1 for a top 3 player

I could have stayed at 3 and got Julio but I think Le'veon is the most consistent player in the league. In my league he finished #6 in total points. 3 QBs and the 2 RBs you mentioned in front of him. and he miss 3 games. David Johnson is the only person that he wouldn't have caught. Zeke was only 6 points in front of him.
