Default Thoughts on BO selling packs

Wanted to get others thoughts on this...

So would it make sense for Blowout to sell more "high end" packs. If a prizm box is 1,000+ ... Does it make sense to sell 100$ packs?? Same with Optic/Select. Most of those product are now 300-600$ per box. Probably wouldn't be worth it for the lower end products hoops/donruss, although they could do like a 5 pack combo or something.

From Blowouts end, it's more work, than it's probably worth, and potential risk via damage. Although, they could develop a secure pack sleeve/box to protect. I don't think this would steer people away from boxes/cases, as it's a different market.

The concern would be pricing out fans/collectors. There really isn't many option left for people with less than 100$ to spend. Do you pay 100$ for a blaster, that will likely yield 10$ in cards?!? Or the more extreme pay 1000$ and get 100$ in cards?!? It's not like you can find cards at wal-mart and target... unless you get their prior to the people stocking the shelves. Or stick to singles, which i think most people do.

The used to for a long time but as they scaled for volume I think it became too much hassle. I do wish they would bring it back for the current demand though.

This. I'll rather have them sell party boxes than single packs.

I wouldn't buy any because the assumption would always be that someone opens until they get the hit and then sells the rest of the packs.

yeah I would find it extremely hard to trust those packs from any seller. all it takes is one rogue employee.

Thats why they would open the boxes themselves and sell from those. Thats what they used to do.

Few years back they always had hobby packs available. Dont think they were buying those from Tom, Dick and Harry.
