I also dropped off some boxes at the Nashville show they haven't logged yet. In my experience, when they get really backlogged, it does run closer to 2 weeks to mark as received. It's annoying for sure, but I probably wouldn't worry too much until maybe next week.

I have tried multiple times to reach out to my premier account manager and I never get an email back. Anyone else have this issue still?

In the initial premier account email, COMC stated "We’ve recently rolled out exclusive benefits, including discounted submission rates, store credit rewards for achieving quarterly milestones, and rebates on pre-grade reviews."

Anyone ever hear about the quarterly milestones or any other benefits not stated in the email?

they finally started to process my fanatics fest submission but they are charging me full price instead of the promo discount they ran. This is gonna be fun to try to get them to fix ugh.

Also one of my cards has an Elite scan even though I didn't request that, so someone prob is just getting my order all wrong

I requested credit back for the 20 free pre-grade reviews per quarter but never heard anything back...think I used 5 of them so it's only $25 but still frustrating. The only thing I am getting is the 20% off all submissions.

I sent 1876 Marvel cards back in May. So far they are still at 5%.
Estimated complete date is 10/7/2025

I should have brought the cards with me when I moved. I panicked and did not know what to do with the cards, so I shipped them all to them.

Yea, they take the full 10 weeks on the cheap submissions. you might see 10-50 go up here or there, but expect 1200+ to be posted that first week of October.

Another perk was submission to eBay Live Gem Mint Nights with a "sells for market value or COMC covers the loss" guarantee of up to 10 cards per night. Timing was terrible as eBay then restricted bidders from paying with COMC autopay, although they have now gotten the auto-transfer to COMC accounts back.
I think with the 15 or so cards I submitted to the live auctions this way that have been auctioned during Gem Mint Nights, the ones that sold for under "market value" may be an $800-$1,000 loss for me. COMC didn't auction all the ones I requested, either due to time constraints or they didn't believe the cards I submitted were worth $50 (or didn't have trust to auction oddball cards). Those 10-20 cards are currently in limbo in my account; they're not even showing up in my Auction History page.
I reached out to them to see how they were going to reimburse me for losses the first night, and three weeks later, haven't gotten any response.

Customer service have all but turned into ghosts at this point.

Received this email last night regarding my Free Graded sub:

Is this a typical situation?

And I just noticed that my Processing Status progress is now at 26% and not 5% anymore


The bolded question above still remains tho.

Is this usual for them to just scan and enter only one card from a bulk sub?

Maybe as a way to get the party started in the system? And be able to print out a barcode for the rest in the box?

If not, I just don't understand it.

Call of Duty dumps is slowing it down. The site is still suffering from mass Overwatch transfers.
