There are some horror stories about that kind of shipping arrangement. The main one is the person who owns the account can have the shipment changed during transit and it be delivered at a different address therefore voiding your protection through Paypal.
There have also been cases where a buyer will create an account in the sellers name, then have the seller bill it to "their account" the several months later Fed Ex comes to the original seller demanding payment. Used to be a real big issue for UPS but they have tightened that one up
Feedback as a seller is not really comparable to feedback as a buyer. There are several very large sellers that are some of the crookedest buyers out there.
