Back in 2006 (I think) on Christmas Eve I was in Denver for a Broncos/Bengals game with some serious playoff implications. Cincinnati scored with like 40 seconds left and the extra point would tie the game. They fubar'd the snap and Denver wins by 1.

I like the extra point. The 98.48% success rate is still not perfect.
