A false accusation of fraudulence is much more damaging to how their company is perceived than not intervening. That is the situation. Cryptozoic has a lot more to lose than the people currently making the accusations. If I owned a property, I certainly would not want to license it to a company that makes accusations of counterfeiting without sufficient evidence.

You can claim I said whatever you want. The post is clear as day. Only an idiot would buy an obvious fake. Not obvious to me that they are fake.

Scammers are not okay with me. They have 6 negs, I wouldn't buy a card from them that was real. I just don't expect Cryptozoic to take legal action based on the information they have. Ebay should take action, but what will be the result? A new user name, one with no negative feedback? Sell a couple real cards to get some positive feedback and then start selling fakes again?

What is not okay with me are the people who are ignoring negative feedback and then complaining they were duped. They duped themselves. Yes the seller is wrong but the buyer is not free of blame. Cryptozoic is free of blame, yet they seem to be the one everybody wants to hold accountable. Their big mistake was making a successful product.
