That's cool. I list things all the time that I'm not interested in selling unless I get an offer I can't refuse.
It's just curious that you're upset that the seller revised their price to or above market, but you're not at all concerned with offering a price below market. Just because you regret your offer doesn't mean the seller is "negotiating in bad faith".
