I'm not one to chase new platforms. I tried an auction house or two before but the shill bidding was so blatant that it was a waste of energy. The same items I was interested in kept getting re-listed after fake sales. Again, curious how seriously shill bidding will be taken on this new platform?
For me, ebay, comc, old-school marketplaces like Beckett/Sportlots, and social media are enough to keep me engaged with the hobby.

As someone who was the clear victim of shill bidding, I'm curious if EBAY has gotten rid of it. About 15 years ago I bought a card that displayed the most obvious shill bid and when I contacted EBAY they did absolutely nothing.
As to fake sales, that doesn't line up with consignors driving this. Why would they want to relist , get a lesser price and thus less money? What Probstein and others don't do is give non-payers negative feedback. So dishonest bidders can save a lot on the relisted final price with no risk.
