Everything physical from UD ePack is stored at COMC facility.
For the Grandeur coins, you have to request shipment from UD ePack website but COMC actually handles the shipping since they are all stored at their facility.
It makes me think they lost the coin, I'm not sure why it wouldn’t be available to ship?
