But you aren't. You just say LOL, MLB is biased. When it's not just the MLB. It's also the PA and independent arbiter, who you then say lol, independent. The PA has a legal obligation to fight for their member...and even with all that, it was deemed that a 192 game suspension was warranted under what was collectively bargained between the two parties. Again, Bauer can sue but he doesn't want to go through discovery because while a district attorney may have determined insufficient evidence to prosecute for a crime, his actions at the very best make him look like the absolute awful human being rational people take him for.
