Yeah, it is interesting.

He wasn't really flashy or a high flyer, and he wasn't known as a good defender. Also played for a small market team with minimal media exposure. And of course, his teams didn't have any deep playoff runs.

All that being said, I still think his game would've translated fairly well to today's NBA.
