Yes, too much work for them. Ugh.
At this point really, with most everyone just sitting stagnant in the stages, PSA should just abolish the tracker system. It's that or they should go one step further and put notes in the stage on what the hold up is, even if it a general message (should be different for each issue). I can't imagine the stages help out the customer service team at all, even though they almost always send a canned response to the first message.
