Value Max and still sitting with green check mark since 5/2. Yesterday was the ETA and no sign of movement. Sad part is my last 2 recent Value Plus order was completed in 2 weeks
**UPDATE** They are behind on upcharge emails. Just received email for the upcharge and customer service email explaining the delay
