BNut probably won't be happy about my company's latest directive to indirect employees (those not on government contracts such as HR, recruiters, our own IT people, etc.)
All indirect employees must take 19 days of leave this year although you aren't required to carry a negative leave balance if you have less earned.

They must also take all 10 holidays (yes we get robbed of a holiday off).
And why? "taking steps to manage costs to protect the business."
