A buyer of mine opened up an INR today for a card he bought on March 4th that shows as delivered on March 8th. It says I need to resolve this by March 27th, so I went to add tracking to the case, but I cant because you cant add tracking to the case since it clearly shows as delivered. I sent the buyer a note about it, but the case remains in my case area. The 3rd option is refund the buyer, abut Im not doing that since it shows as delivered. How can I make this case disappear be fore the 27th?
