Tanking is never a good strategy. Look at how many team successfully doing so compared to how many teams just stuck in tanking every season and in a QB purgatory. Most of the great teams dont need 1 overall pick to be good (Chiefs Ravens Eagles Bills). Make a good team first then worry about the QB position
