 Uh, I never said anything about a photo of the kid. How about Topps just make an article giving some basic details about the kid and how he pulled the card. 
For example:
Little Timmy loves baseball cards. Ever since going to a hobby shop with his dad at age 8, he's been hooked on Topps MLB cards. He gets an allowance every month from his dad to buy a box of cards. This time he chose to buy a box of Topps Chrome Update, and it has completely changed his life. His parents are planning to set aside the proceeds from the sale of the Skenes card for little Timmy's college tuition and other future expenses.
If little Timmy can pull a life-changing card, then any loser can do it -- buy Topps products.
